The power gain of 14-28 horsepower and 12+lb torque can be achieved with our header. Our header is Design for Fully build B series engine 1.8-2.2 liter. We have tested our header on all b series engine from 1.6L to 2.2 stroker motor so we know it will be a perfect fit for any B series engine. Our header will not require any oil pan modification or have any clearance issue with the block or cylinder head. Thick 304 Stainless Steel tubing. Our very own 6 Step collector design with perfect clearance. One piece design no leak like 2 piece design header. Come with all hardware for easy installation. Tip: The AC line was too close to the header so a zip tie was used to move it closer towards the radiator. Install the downpipe using the V-band Clamp and take off the O2 sensor from the factory manifold/header and install on to the new Ramhorn header. Due to the Integra type R we use come with 2.5-inch JDM type R catalytic converter. Slide in at an angle while having some one holding the radiator towards the radiator support for more clearance. Install downpipe on the header using the V-band clamp please make sure the top piece and bottom piece are clamps tight and even. Uneven install of the downpipe will cause leak and separation. Clock the header flange and test pipe flange so it will not interfere with the 4wd unit. The slim fan must be used. OBD2 Vehicle if you wish to use the included test pipe please order an o2 sensor spacer or simulator to cancel the CEL. If you wish to use the OEM cat have the muffler shop cut off the 2.25-inch flange off the cat and weld on a 2.5-inch flange you can find them in our other auctions. Every thing else is plug and play.
